Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Mango chutney
- Yogurt sauce
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, curry powder, salt, and black pepper
Form the mixture into 4 burger patties
Preheat a grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat
Grease the grill or pan with a bit of oil
Cook the pork burgers for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they are cooked through and have a nice crust
Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until they are lightly browned
Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, followed by a pork patty, tomato slices, a spoonful of mango chutney, and a dollop of yogurt sauce
Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately
