Ingredients:
- 1 package brownie mix
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts optional
- Maraschino cherries for garnish
Instructions:
Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up
Put the brownie mix, melted butter, water, and egg in a bowl and mix them together well
Fill a muffin tin with cupcake liners
Then, spread the brownie batter evenly into the cups
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out with moist crumbs on it
Do not bake for too long
Allow the brownie cups to cool all the way down
Lay graham cracker crumbs on top of each brownie cup after it has cooled
Cover the graham crackers in each cup with ice cream and top with a scoop
Put chocolate sauce on top of the ice cream and pipe on whipped cream
If you want, you can sprinkle chopped nuts on top
Add a maraschino cherry to the top to finish
