Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup dulce de leche
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts e

Instructions:
Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up
Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar in a bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy
Then add the vanilla extract and mix it in well
Add the flour and salt slowly while mixing until just combined
Put the dough balls, each about an inch across, on a baking sheet
Use your thumb or the back of a teaspoon to make a hole in the middle of each cookie
A small amount of dulce de leche should be put in each hole
On top of the dulce de leche filling, put chopped nuts
After the oven is hot, bake the cookies for 12 to 15 minutes, or until they are just beginning to turn golden
After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet
Then, move them to a wire rack to cool all the way down
It's time to enjoy the cookies! The dulce de leche will have set by the time they are cool
