This Instant Pot Cheeseburger Macaroni recipe makes a tasty homemade version of Hamburger Helper. It is quick and easy to make, and tastes great with meat and cheese.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can 14
- 5 oz diced tomatoes
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Put the Instant Pot into saut mode and add the ground beef
Brown the ground beef with the minced garlic and diced onion until it is no longer pink
Add the elbow macaroni, beef broth, and diced tomatoes with their juices
Let it mix well
Put the Instant Pot on high pressure for 5 minutes and make sure the lid is locked in place
Do a quick pressure release after the cooking is done
Add milk, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, pepper, and shredded cheddar cheese
Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth
