This Chicken Spinach and Orzo Skillet is a one-pan meal that combines tender chicken breast, nutritious spinach, and flavorful orzo pasta cooked in a savory broth. It's a quick and easy dish perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions:
Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat
It will take about 5 minutes of cooking after adding the diced chicken until it turns brown
Cut up some garlic, onion, and bell pepper into small pieces
