Ingredients:
- 2 large sweet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 425F 220C
In a large bowl, toss sweet potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, cumin, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated
