Ingredients:
- 2 large cucumbers, spiralized into noodles
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Put cucumber noodles, cherry tomatoes, black olives, feta cheese, and basil in a large bowl
Warm up the olive oil in a small pan over medium-low heat
